Our final call for our About Time volume, as well as the New Terrain Award for undergraduates associated with that volume, ends on December 31, 2017. We seek essays, fiction, creative nonfiction, poetry, and visual art connecting the theme “about time” with Whole Terrain’s overall emphasis on reflective environmental practice.

We are also accepting submissions for web content on the theme “about time” through December 31, 2017.

“About time” can refer to the perspective on time of various species, deep time relating to cosmic, geological, or natural history, or stories showing why it is “about time” to make a positive difference regarding climate change.

We have received many fine submissions, and have enjoyed looking through the work submitted so far. We look forward to reviewing your last minute pieces!
